All bar one apartment within the Market Lane residential project at the new Maroochydore CBD are sold, and one purchaser has the chance to customise the remaining penthouse unit.

Habitat Development Group director Cleighton Clark said it was the only unit in the 146-apartment complex, where such a high level of customisation was being offered.

“This is a truly unique opportunity and one which we believe the market will embrace given its CBD location along with its spacious 266 m2 size and stunning 270 degree views from the ocean to the hinterland,” Mr Clark said.

“Given the unique opportunity and the ability for customisation, rather than setting a fixed price, we are taking the property to market exclusively with Ray White Maroochydore via an Expression of Interest campaign with submissions closing on the 29th April.”

Ray White Maroochydore sales consultant Reuben Park anticipated strong interest in the remaining penthouse as it presented an opportunity to live amongst the bright lights of the CBD while still enjoying expansive coastal and hinterland views.

“This penthouse presents the best of both worlds, a spacious high quality apartment which is walking distance to two of the hottest restaurants on the Coast in Giddy Geisha and Market Bistro along with the StrEATside market which are now running every Saturday from 3pm until late,” he said.

Strong interest is expected in the remaining penthouse unit.

“Residents can easily walk or ride their bike to shop, dine or watch a movie at Sunshine Plaza while local schools and medical centres and some of the region’s best beaches are all in close proximity.

“Market Lane also has abundant community amenity and the ability to customise your own penthouse to suit your personal requirements and lifestyle is an opportunity I am sure many buyers would be keen to embrace.”

The apartment is close to shops, schools and beaches.

The $83 million Market Lane project is located at the Mundoo Boulevard entrance to the new CBD and comprises 146 two and three bedroom apartments elevated across 14 levels over two towers along with six SOHO (Small Office Home Office) townhomes and ground floor retail spaces.

Residents will have access to a 600sqm ground floor resort pool area with lush tropical landscaping, spacious lawn areas and BBQ facilities. The 25m x 7m pool is one of the largest in a residential complex and is modelled on the stunning Delano Beach Club pool in South Beach Miami.

A 331sqm rooftop terrace on level 14 spans the entire width of the building from north to south, where residents will be able to access BBQ and dining facilities as well as open-air recreation space for activities like yoga, along with shaded lounging areas.

A unique opportunity exists at Market Lane.

Residents can also access the 115sqm private dining room on the top level which encompasses views of the Maroochy River to the North from Picnic Point through to Pincushion Island and Cotton Tree.

Market Lane Residences are due for completion by the first quarter of 2022.

The Expressions of Interest submissions close on April 29. For further information please contact Reuben Park at Ray White Maroochydore via email at reuben.park@raywhite.com or call 0413 371 696, www.marketlanepenthouse.com
