Cloudland The Musical
For over 40 years, an iconic building sat high on top of Bowen Hills overlooking Brisbane; a venue that could hold more than 5,000 people and was an integral part of the most defining decades of popular music in Australia. Cloudland the Musical is, in part, a chronological journey of first-hand accounts from acts, musicians, dancers and staff of Cloudland. These facts have been interwoven into the story of a fictitious, yet typically Australian, suburban family and the way in which Cloudland impacts each of their lives, from the post war 1940s to early 1980s.

Weaving is Healing Sunshine Coast
Create a beautiful medicine pot by weaving with pandanus spiralus (a unique premium weaving fibre from Arnhem Land). This is an opportunity to experience the ancient art of basket weaving as a deeply mindful and contemplative practice. It is a space of sharing, creating, being and breathing, conducted through ceremony and celebration of life. Using natural materials from the land, you will learn to weave individual strands of fibre together to form a whole creation, while recognising and acknowledging the mirrors and metaphors that bind us together with nature and each other.

Sunshine Coast Craft-Beer and Cider Festival
The Craft Beer & Cider Festival is coming to NightQuarter. For the 4th year, the Craft Beer & Cider Festival will take you on a journey of beer and food discovery, exploring exclusive and rare brews, beer and food pairings, ciders, cocktails and local boutique spirits, direct from the brewers themselves. It’s local and the biggest and most anticipated season yet. The 2021 festival bill will include hand-picked Australian breweries and cideries styles coming together to showcase more than 100 brews.
