An impressive line-up of former rugby league stars is set to attend the Sunshine Coast Hotels’ Steak of Origin lunch on Friday, June 18.

Up to 17 ex-Origin players are expected at the event, to be held at The Lakehouse, Brightwater.

There will be one player per table, with 170 guests in total.

Maroons legends Alf Langer, Trevor Gilmeister, Shane Webcke and Willie Carne will be there, along with Blues greats Benny Elias, Paul Sironen and Chris Johns.

Former cricketer Greg ‘Fat Cat’ Ritchie will entertain the gathering as guests raise money for local charity DV Safe Phones, supporting victims of domestic violence.
