Stockland’s Bokarina Beach community has announced the final release of its beach homes, after unprecedented demand for low-maintenance living on the Sunshine Coast.

The last six Bombora Drive and Glassy Lane Beach Homes follow the market launch last November, with 85 per cent of homes sold in record time. The three and four-bedroom double-storey homes with double garages will start from $1,399,000.

Designed by award-winning Queensland architects Hollindale Mainwaring Architecture, the Beach Homes have been designed to optimise their unique coastal position.

The Beach Homes have been designed to optimise their unique coastal position.

They showcase modern coastal architecture and feature contemporary design elements such as an open-planned space, breeze-blocks, weathered timber-look cladding and striking architectural elevations to maximise the natural light and fresh ocean breezes.

They are just a short stroll from Bokarina Beach’s own beach access, park and future retail café strip, Lake Kawana, Sunshine Coast Health Precinct and Birtinya Town Centre.

The homes feature modern coastal architecture and contemporary design elements.

Matt Patullo, Senior Development Manager at Stockland, said the release offered homebuyers a final chance to purchase modern and spacious coastal living options away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

“The popularity of low-maintenance, waterside living is continuing to rise as homebuyers recognise the benefits of living in idyllic coastal environments,” Mr Patullo said.

“We’ve seen an increase in demand for architecturally-designed homes where people can enjoy a relaxed and low-maintenance Sunshine Coast lifestyle, and the Bombora and Glassy Beach Homes take this to the next level.

“Combined with the close beach access and high-quality community we have here at Bokarina Beach, this final release will be highly sought-after. With only six homes remaining, we urge local and interstate buyers alike to get in quick.”

Only six homes are left in the final release.

Garth Hollindale, Director of HM Architecture, said the homes were tailored to suit their beachside location and environment.

“The unique design of the Bombora and Glassy Beach Homes embraces the essence of beachside living in South East Queensland, where light, space and air are key for coastal connection and enhancing one’s sense of space,” he said.

“The homes also possess European appliances and premium designer fixtures for improved liveability and functionality.”

A Stockland spokesperson said Bokarina Beach occupied one of the last beachfront parcels available on Australia’s east coast.
