Dozens of luxury penthouses with soaring views — and impressive price tags — are set to provide a haven by the beach on the Sunshine Coast.

The 56 newly released apartments have a starting price of $3.2m, and more than 80 per cent of them have been sold already, at Cube Development’s sought-after Oasis project.

Oasis will be situated on one of the last remaining beachfront blocks at Bokarina and it will feature two-level penthouses that range from 191sqm to 242sqm.

They will boast secluded rooftop terraces and private plunge pools.

The double storey apartments will provide more than a slice of luxury.

The apartments have been labelled world class by Cube Developments, in terms of scale, spatial interconnectivity and luxurious amenity, including multi-level landscaped terraces.

Oasis will also also consist of state-of-the-art amenities, including open air resident dining, gym, pool, outdoor beach shower and lush gardens, with almost 180-degree ocean views, stretching from Point Cartwright to the Caloundra headland.

The penthouses will boast a uniquely sophisticated coastal experience.

They will possess a flow of design and distinct detail, including engineered timber floors throughout, large format porcelain island bench tops and tiles, luxury tap-ware, fluted glass screening, detailed entertainment and living area including a fireplace and bar joinery for residents and their guests to enjoy.

Oasis will present a uniquely sophisticated coastal experience.

Local Queensland Architect Cameron Sheedy said the prioritised air flow and light will ensure the apartments are superior products.

“The private pool and alfresco entertainment space offers unprecedented ocean and mountain views, giving gravity to the creation of the entire space, which is calm yet invigorating, consistent and familiar with the area,” he said.

“The soaring double-storey glass and built in planters for optimal greenery truly reflects the repetitive use of beautiful select materials that have been intentionally applied to create your very own Oasis.’

The Oasis name is ode to serenity and tranquillity and the penthouses draw inspiration from the surrounding natural environment, aiming to mesh fresh, crisp and textured whites externally, with luxurious and raw surfaces internally, to develop spaces that are desirable, memorable and timeless.

The penthouses draw inspiration from the surrounding natural environment.

Cube Developments Interior Designer Sarah Busch said there was comfort and security in these elements, which were vital in creating a potential home for someone.

“The subtlety of the colour palette includes soft tones and bright white tones to create an elegant narrative for residents,” she said.

“Monolithic kitchen benches are understated and timeless to ensure the architecture and interior compliment each other.”

The penthouses will include storage and joinery that is designed to appear more like art or stylised furniture pieces, and feature integrated fridges with Smeg kitchen appliances, built-in laundry appliances an elevated home office that connects to the main living areas to create a private, serene environment where residents can work from home in a calm, quiet space.

Construction could start during the next couple of months and it could be completed by early 2024.

Oasis, far right, will be close to the beach and services, including a hospital, shopping centre and sports facilities.
