Sunday, January 15, 4.10pm: A person was transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a motorcycle crash reported on Red Road at Beerburrum at 11.19am.
Sunday, January 15, 12.45pm: Two men, one in his 60s and the other in his 70s, were taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital with minor injuries, following a two-vehicle crash reported on Minkara Street and Nicklin Way at Warana on Saturday at 9.49pm.
Sunday, January 15, 12.45pm: A woman in her 70s was taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital after she was reportedly bitten by a snake on the hand at a private residence at Currimundi on Saturday at 9.12pm. She was in a stable condition.

Saturday, January 14, 2.30pm: A person was taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital after a single-vehicle crash, which was reported on Maleny Montville Road at Balmoral Ridge at 12.58pm. The patient was in a stable condition.
Saturday, January 14, 11.40am: A person was transported to Nambour Hospital following a motorcycle crash on Grigor Road at Conondale at 9.06am. The patient was in a stable condition.
Mooloolaba accident
Friday, January 13, 12.30pm: Paramedics were assessing three patients at the scene of a two-vehicle crash on Mooloolaba Road, Alexandra Headland, just after noon.
The three people were transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
Body found
Thursday, January 12, 2.30pm: The body of a man has been found at Mooloolaba.
Police said in a statement: “Police were called around 6am on Thursday to Mooloolaba Beach near Parkyn Parade after reports of a male body located deceased in a tent.
“Police attended and conducted investigations at the scene.
“The death is being treated as non-suspicious.

Tuesday, January 10, 4pm: A person was taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition after a near-drowning at Kings Beach at 3.15pm.
Tuesday, January 10, 1.45pm: A person was transported from Valdora to Nambour Hospital via ambulance and was in a stable condition, after a reported snake bite at a private residence at 12.01pm.
Tuesday, January 10, 1.45pm: A person was taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital by ambulance and was in a stable condition, after a bicycle incident on Sugarbag Road at Caloundra West at 12.02pm.
Tuesday, January 10, 7am: A man and a woman with minor injuries were transported to Nambour Hospital after a two-vehicle crash on the Bruce Highway at the Maroochydore Road interchange at Woombye just before 10pm on Monday. A woman in her 60s had chest injuries, while a man in his 20s had arm injuries. Both were in a stable condition.
Tuesday, January 10, 7am: A man and a woman were taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition after a single-vehicle crash on the Bruce Highway northbound at Landsborough at 5.51pm on Monday. The woman had a minor head injury and minor abrasions, and the man had minor abrasions.
Motorbike collides with car
Monday, January 9, 3.30pm: A motorbike rider has been taken to hospital by the Sunshine Coast-based LifeFlight helicopter crew after colliding with a car just before midday on Monday.
A man, in his 60s, suffered multiple injuries, including to his pelvis, as a result of the crash. He was flown to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
It’s believed the man was riding with a group of motorcyclists when he crashed into the back of a car, which had been attempting to turn onto the road from a private property.
The helicopter landed near the scene of the incident, with the RACQ LifeFlight Rescue critical care doctor and Queensland Ambulance Service flight paramedic meeting with local QAS paramedics to treat the man.

Sunday, January 8, 5pm: A patient was taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital after a crash between a vehicle and motorised scooter on the corner of Brightwater Boulevard and Galah Place, Mountain Creek, at 1.05pm on Sunday. The person was in a stable condition.
Sunday, January 8, 1.30pm: A patient was transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition following a crash between a vehicle and a motorcycle on the corner of Pioneer Road and Old Bruce Highway, Pomona, at 11.35am on Sunday.
Sunday, January 8, 6am: Paramedics transported one patient to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a three-vehicle incident at David Low Way, Coolum Beach, at 7.15pm on Saturday. An adult male with back pain and a minor head injury was transported in a stable condition.
Single-vehicle crash
Friday, January 6, 5.30pm:Paramedics were assessing patients after a single-vehicle crash on the Sunshine Motorway northbound at Marcoola just before 4pm. Paramedics were escorting patients to Sunshine Coast University Hospital as a precaution after the crash.
Friday, January 6, 9.30am: Two patients were being assessed by Queensland Ambulance officers after a vehicle collided with a parked vehicle on The Esplanade at Wills Ave, Golden Beach, at 7.15am on Friday.
Friday, January 6, 6.50am: Two people were taken to hospital as a precaution, after being exposed to chemical fumes.
A man and woman in their 20s were transported from Bli Bli to Sunshine Coast University Hospital stable after being exposed to chemical fumes at a private address at 6.37pm on Thursday.
Surf tragedy
Thursday, January 5, 7.40pm: A woman has died after being pulled from the surf at Coolum.
The backpacker from France and her partner were swimming near the mouth of Stumers Creek on Wednesday evening, when they experienced difficulty in rough conditions.
Local lifeguards brought the woman to the beach and she was unconscious.
Paramedics and lifesavers performed CPR before she was taken to hospital in a critical condition but she later died in hospital.
Thursday, January 5, 1.30pm: Almost 700,000 people flocked to Sunshine Coast beaches during the Christmas and New Year’s long weekends, according to stats provided to Sunshine Coast News from Sunshine Coast Life Saving Services.
More than 326,000 people hit the sand and surf during the festive weekend while more than 345,000 were there to mark the new year.
There were 139 rescues and more than 9800 preventative actions during the weekends. Minor first aid was required in more than 460 occasions.
Thursday, January 5, 7am: Paramedics, including critical care personnel, attended a serious near-drowning incident reported off Stumers Creek Road, Coolum Beach, at 5.07pm on Wednesday, January 4.
A woman in her 20s and a man in his 30s were retrieved from the water with assistance from surf lifesavers and treated by paramedics.
They were both transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital, Birtinya, with the woman in a critical condition and the man in a stable condition.
