Sippy Downs has welcomed a fresh new face to the community with open arms, just in time for the Easter school holidays.
Boldbridge Group Ltd on April 3 officially opened the doors to The Bower Tree community club in Courage Street, opposite the Sunshine Coast Innovation Centre.
The company that manages and operates the hugely popular Nambour RSL Club introduced the $30 million investment as a fresh new brand catering for the needs of the burgeoning modern community.
CEO Suzanne Long has promised that The Bower Tree will redefine the community club concept in the hospitality industry.
She paid tribute to “the incredible team of individuals who have come together to make this venue a success”.

“We are proud to have recruited 80 staff members who share our passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all who walk through our doors,” she said.
“We have brought together chefs, bartenders, servers and managers who are all dedicated to making The Bower Tree the go-to destination for food, drink and entertainment in Sippy Downs.
“From the kitchen to the bar to the front of house, everyone has a role to play in ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable experience. We are a tight-knit group who genuinely care about one another and the success of our venue.
“I have no doubt that The Bower Tree will quickly become a beloved fixture in Sippy Downs, thanks in no small part to the hard work and dedication of our amazing team but for our community who have supported us over the last four years and continued with us on our journey to now.
“Whether you’re stopping by for a quick drink after work, a romantic dinner for two, or a night out with friends, we look forward to welcoming you and making your experience truly unforgettable.”
The venue’s features include four dining experiences (Vine Wine Bar, Arrows Bistro, Cafe Rubia and the Pizzeria) and four beverage outlets (Sports Bar, Gaming Lounge Bar, Vine Wine Bar and the Lounge Bar), plus function facilities, a kids’ and youth room, and a gaming lounge.
Cafe Rubia will open from 6am, seven days a week, from Monday, April 17, serving up breakfast dishes including acai bowls.
