These could be the keys to changing your life for the better.

The Sunshine Coast is in the spotlight nation-wide as major lottery prize homes are showcased across our TV screens and social media.

A new life in 2024 might cost as little as $2, with the proceeds from ticket sales helping a quartet of worthy charities.

Each prize home gives its winner options for their future: the chance to be mortgage-free and embrace the region’s residential charms; have a new holiday home base; develop an income stream through permanent or holiday rentals; or sell up and have an opportunity to enjoy financial freedom.

Mater Prize Home lottery No.311 has a $3.1m package up for grabs at 34 Balemo Street, Minyama.

The stunning four-bedroom, Hamptons-style home on 571sqm is valued at $2.7m, with styling and furnishings worth $188,432.

The luxe property, nestled on the banks of the Mooloolah River, boasts two bathrooms and a powder room, a covered al fresco area with barbecue and saltwater pool, and is only minutes from beaches at Mooloolaba and Kawana Waters.

Inspections can be made Wednesdays to Sundays, 9am to 5pm, until February 18.

In the lottery, drawn on February 23, the first prize winner also will take home a Lexus RX350h vehicle (RRP $95,483), two Kalkhoff eBikes, $100,000 in cashable gold bullion, plus a $5000 travel voucher.

Meanwhile, Endeavour Foundation Lotteries offers the chance to win a waterfront oasis at Pelican Waters.

Lottery No.453 closes on February 8, with the winner drawn a week later on February 15.

The yourtown prize home at 11 Jabiru Street, Peregian Beach.

Yourtown, which helps to raise funds for vital services such as Kids Helpline, is offering a modern coastal retreat at Peregian Beach as part of its $3m prize in Draw No.533.

The home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms plus powder room and a pool on a 539sqm block.

“With various bedrooms and entertaining zones on the lower floor, the upper level encompasses the main bedroom suite alongside the kitchen, dining and living spaces,” the yourtown website says.

“Enjoy breathtaking sunrises over the ocean or serene sunsets against the mountains from the comfort of your outdoor entertainment area. Designed for relaxed living, this property is an ideal home or holiday escape, perfect for long beach strolls or nature trail adventures.”

Skylights and high ceilings are features of the new Surf Life Saving Lotteries Prize Home.

Bribie Island is the location for the Surf Life Saving Lotteries’ latest remarkable prize home at 121 Freshwater Drive, Banksia Beach.

A $2 ticket in Draw 221 offers a share in the ‘Bribie Bliss’ first prize bundle worth $2,027,776.

The 299sqm property lies across from parklands and only a short drive to Banksia and Woorim beaches for calm-water and surf swimmers, beachcombers and fishing enthusiasts.
