Saturday, January 13, 4.05pm: Two stable patients were transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a single-vehicle rollover on Old Landsborough Road at Landsborough at 2.38pm.
Saturday, January 13, 4.05pm: Paramedics attended a multi-vehicle crash on the Sunshine Motorway southbound at Mountain Creek at 10.51am. Three stable patients were transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital and two stable patients were transported to Nambour Hospital.
Saturday, January 13, 8.40am: One patient was assessed at the scene of a single-vehicle crash on the Bruce Highway southbound at 5.54am at Tanawha. The patient declined further treatment or transport.

Friday, January 12, 6.35am: A male in his teens was transported in a serious condition to Sunshine Coast University Hospital with a head injury following a motorcycle crash on Menary Road at West Woombye at 8.29pm last night.
Friday, January 12, 5.35am: Showers are expected on the Sunshine Coast this weekend and into next week. The BOM said there is a high chance of showers (80 per cent, 0-10mm) and the chance of a thunderstorm on Saturday and on Sunday. Temperatures should range between 22 and 29 degrees Celsius, with SE winds up to 35kmh. Similar conditions are likely through the week.
Thursday, January 11, 4.15pm: Two stable patients were transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a two-vehicle crash on Claymore Rd at Sippy Downs at around 2.30pm.
Thursday, January 11, 5.45am: The Maroochy RSL is asking the public to come forward with information for the police after the Cotton Tree Cenotaph was defaced with paint.
It was graffitied some time between when the volunteer team checked the memorial on Monday and when they turned up to do the same on Wednesday morning.
A Maroochy RSL spokesperson asked members of the public to contact police if they have any information.
“It is extremely upsetting to our veteran community to see their memorial treated in such a way,” they said.

Wednesday, January 10, 4.30pm: A patient in a stable condition was transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a two-vehicle crash on the corner of Wises Road and Maroochy Boulevard, Buderim, at 3.15pm.
Wednesday, January 10, 12.40pm: A patient was assessed following a vehicle and e-scooter incident on Innovation Parkway, Birtinya, at 12.33pm, and taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.

Wednesday, January 10, 6.20am: A boy with facial injuries was transported to Nambour Hospital in a stable condition after a vehicle went into a pole on Old Palmwoods Road, Woombye, at 9.26pm last night.
Wednesday, January 10, 6.20am: A man in his 60s with arm and facial burns was transported in a stable condition to Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a backyard fire incident at a private address at Montville at 7.52pm last night.
Tuesday, January 9, 4.40pm: Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 29-year-old man missing from Burnside near Nambour since December 23.
Luke Gourlay was last seen at a Perwillowen Road property about 9am and has not been seen or heard from since.
Police and family have serious concerns for Luke’s welfare as his disappearance is out of character, and he has a medical condition.
Luke is described as Caucasian in appearance, about 180cm tall with a slim build, brown hair and beard, and blue eyes.
Police believe Luke was travelling in a white van with Queensland registration 929CS3 prior to his disappearance.
The van was located abandoned along Cribb Street in Landsborough on December 31.
Anyone who has seen Luke, or the van he was driving, is urged to immediately contact police.
Tuesday, January 9, 1.30pm: Energy provider Energex has explained what occurred at Aura last night, when homes and businesses, including the local supermarket and tavern, were without power for hours.
An Energex spokesperson said there was a fault on the underground network that affected 6700 properties in the area.
The power went out at 6pm. The majority of customers were returned to the network by 8.30pm, while power was progressively restored to about 2000 customers until the final ones were supplied at 11.30pm.
Tuesday, January 9, 10.05am: A patient was transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a serious condition with significant facial burns following a backyard fire at a private address at Forest Glen at 8.20am.
Tuesday, January 9, 7.45am: Paramedics transported a man in his 20s with hand and leg injuries to Gympie Hospital in a stable condition following a truck crash into a pillar on the Bruce Highway southbound at Pomona at 11.30pm last night.
Tuesday, January 9, 7.45am: A single-vehicle rollover on Walter Hay Drive at Doonan was reported at 6pm last night, however the female patient was uninjured and didn’t require hospitalisation.
Monday, January 8, 4.20pm: Police have suspended the search for a 73-year-old woman reported missing from Tewantin on December 15.
An extensive search and rescue operation began on December 27 after Evonne Bond’s vehicle, a white 2018 Hyundai Kona, was located by a member of the public at Sunrise Beach in Noosa.
The search continued on and off for several weeks, involving police, SES and RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopters, however nothing of interest was located.
Police have liaised closely with Ms Bond’s family during this time.
While the search has been suspended, police continue to appeal to anyone with information that may assist in locating Ms Bond to come forward.

Sunday, January 7, 8.35am: A stable male patient in his teens was transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital with minor injuries following a vehicle and pedestrian incident on Stringybark Road at Buderim at 7.09pm last night.
Sunday, January 7, 8.35am: Paramedics assessed one patient following a single-vehicle crash into a fence and parked vehicle on Flaxton Drive at Flaxton at 6.03pm last night. The patient declined transport to hospital.
