The last apartment on offer within a prestige residential tower has garnered the attention of buyers from around the country.

Building has started on Cube Developments’ luxury Cotton Tree residential project, called Nature.

Spokesperson Scott Juniper said prospective buyers were eager to move in and enjoy views of the Esplanade, Maroochy River and Mount Coolum.

“Buyers have realised that uncompromised living such as this, high above the Maroochy River with spectacular views and resort-style amenity, seldom presents itself,” he said via a media release.

“As such, 12 of the 13 luxury residences have already been snapped up with the building now well under construction, for a combined value in excess of $45m.

The remaining 220sqm residence on level seven offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms and powder room, three car spaces and storage, with high-end fixtures and fittings throughout and breathtaking north-facing coastal and hinterland views.

Designed by Cottee Parker Architects, Nature offers future residents a range of opulent amenities including lap pool, private dining, gym, sauna, steam room and yoga lawn surrounded by an abundance of greenery.

Nature by Cube will boast high-end apartments and great views.

Cottee Parker director Sandra Browne said last year that the quality of architecture set a new benchmark in the area.

“Our goal was to create a product that not only boasted superior amenities, but also a higher level of architectural specifications and an unparalleled premium aesthetic,” she said.

“The use of varied construction materials, the expansive open glass facade and the panoramic viewing area reflect a level of architectural quality that distinguishes Nature from other designs in Maroochydore.”

With an anticipated completion date of September, Nature is being developed by leading private development group Cube, the company also behind high-end residential projects Lumeah at Peregian Springs and Oasis at Bokarina Beach.
