Sunday, March 3, 1.30pm: A patient was airlifted in a serious condition to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital after a lawnmower rollover at a property at Witta, near Maleny, at 11.10am.

Sunday, March 3, 7.05am: Paramedics transported a stable male patient to Sunshine Coast University Hospital after a vehicle and motorcycle crash on the Bruce Highway northbound at North Arm at 8.18pm last night.

Friday, March 1, 8.30pm: A stable patient was transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital after a vehicle went into a pole on Moomba Street, Pacific Paradise, at 3.53pm.

Friday, March 1, 1pm: Surf Life Saving Queensland General Manager Lifesaving and Education Peta Lawlor is urging beachgoers to be cautious in the surf during an expected warm weekend.

“Please ensure you are sensible and follow the advice of surf lifesavers and lifeguards,” she said.

“The safest place to swim is between the red and yellow flags during patrol hours (from 8am), so please help our lifesavers and lifeguards keep you safe by doing the right thing this weekend.

Her warning comes after a suspected spinal injury in waves at Noosa (see below).

Friday, March 1, 6am: Paramedics transported a female patient in her teens in a stable condition to Sunshine Coast University Hospital with a back injury following a fall from a horse at a private address at Bli Bli at 6.13pm last night.

Thursday, February 29, 6.30am: Paramedics transported one stable female patient in her 30s to Sunshine Coast University Hospital after a reported snake bite at a private address at Montville at 7.03pm last night.

Wednesday, February 28, 4.35pm: Paramedics transported a stable patient to Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a two-vehicle crash on Beach Drive and Nicklin Way at Bokarina at 3.13pm.

Wednesday, February 28, 12.15pm: One stable patient was transported to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital after reportedly falling from a vessel in the water off Lamerough Parade at Golden Beach at 11.24am.

Wednesday, February 28, 11.20am: A patient in a stable condition was transported to Gympie Hospital following a fall from a horse on a private property at Brooloo, near Kenilworth, at 8.51am.

Wednesday, February 28, 8.35am: One stable patient with a head injury has been transported to Maleny Hospital following a fall from a scooter on Beech Street, Maleny, at 7.03am.

Wednesday, February 28, 8.35am: One stable patient has been airlifted by helicopter to Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a truck rollover on the Brisbane Valley Highway at Harlin at 5.10am. 

Wednesday, February 28, 6.50am: A patient was transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition following a fire in a kitchen off Hamlin Close, Woombye, at 3.02am. Three others were also assessed however declined further transport.

Tuesday, February 27, 1.55pm: A patient was being assessed following a unit fire on Tanah Street East, Mount Coolum, at 12.32pm.

The patient was transported with smoke inhalation to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.

Tuesday, February 27, 8.50am: A patient in a stable condition was transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital with leg injuries following a pedestrian and vehicle incident on the corner of Blueberry Drive and Cudgerie Drive, Black Mountain, at 7.11am.

Tuesday, February 27, 5.20am: Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 15-year-old girl missing from Aroona.

She was last seen by family around 2pm yesterday and has not contacted friends or family since.

She is described as Caucasian, 165cm tall, medium build, with blonde hair and hazel eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black shirt, denim shorts and black runner shoes.

Investigators are appealing for the girl (pictured) or anyone with further information to contact police.

Monday, February 26, 7.20am: Paramedics transported a stable male patient to Sunshine Coast University Hospital with a leg injury after a two-vehicle crash on the Sunshine Motorway at Buderim at 6.15pm last night.

Monday, February 26, 7.20am: No patients required assessment following a tent fire on Ormuz Avenue, Caloundra, at 9.15pm last night. Paramedics remained on standby in support of QFES.

Sunday, February 25, 12.55pm: A stable patient was transported to Nambour Hospital after a two-vehicle crash on Fleming Street and Nambour North Connection Road at Yandina at 11.10am.

Sunday, February 25, 12.55am: Two stable patients were transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital after a two-vehicle crash on Peachester Road at Peachester at 10.59am.

Sunday, February 25, 7.55am:  A male patient suffered head injuries and was transported in a serious but stable condition to Sunshine Coast University Hospital after reportedly falling from a second-storey car park at a location on Ocean Street, Maroochydore, at 11.50pm last night.
