Friday, October 11, 8.30am: A stable patient has been transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital following an e-scooter incident on the corner of Aura Boulevard and Graf Drive at Baringa at 7.33am.

Thursday, October 10, 1pm: Police have charged a man after two alleged assaults in Glass House Mountains yesterday afternoon.

Investigations indicate a man allegedly became involved in a physical fight with a group of people on Reed Street, which resulted in one person receiving wounds from a screwdriver.

The man then ran to a nearby train station where a second altercation occurred, in relation to the first, which resulted in a second person allegedly being wounded with a screwdriver.

Police were called to the area about 3.30pm and arrested the man in the vicinity of the train station.

A 22-year-old Beerburrum man has been charged with two counts of assaults occasioning bodily harm whilst armed/in company.

He is due to appear in Maroochydore Magistrates Court on October 31.

Tuesday, October 8, 12.25pm: One stable patient has been transported to Nambour Hospital following a fall from a bicycle on the corner of School Street and Hospital Road at Pomona at 11.16am.

Tuesday, October 8, 10am: One stable patient has been transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a vehicle and bicycle incident on the corner of David Low Way and Jabiru Street at Peregian Beach at 8.36am.

Tuesday, October 8, 8.25am: Paramedics were assessing several people after two crashes on Caloundra Road this morning.

Nine patients were being examined after a five-vehicle crash, including a truck, at Meridan Plains at 7.49am. No patients required treatment or transport.

Meanwhile, a child was injured after a two-vehicle crash up the road.

Monday, October 7, 5.20pm: Severe thunderstorms in the warning area have temporarily eased.  However, the redevelopment of severe thunderstorms remains possible. The situation is being closely monitored and further detailed warnings will be issued as necessary.

Monday, October 7, 3.55pm: A severe thunderstorm warning for damaging winds and large hailstones has been issued to people in parts of the Sunshine Coast and Noosa areas, at 3.46pm. The Bureau of Meteorology warns that a severe thunderstorm likely to produce damaging winds and large hailstones was detected near Maleny and Montville. This thunderstorm is moving towards the northeast. It is forecast to affect Palmwoods, Nambour and Mapleton by 4.10 pm and Yandina, Eumundi and the area southwest of Eumundi by 4.40 pm.

Monday, October 7, 7.20am: A stable patient with a foot injury was transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a vehicle crash into a parked car on Beerburrum Street, Aroona, at 6.05am.

Monday, October 7, 7.20am: Paramedics transported a stable male patient with shoulder pain to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a single-vehicle rollover on Eumundi Noosa Road, Verrierdale, at 1.41am.

Monday, October 7, 7.20am: A man in his 40s suffering respiratory distress and head injuries was transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a period of immersion in a pond, reported at a location off Okinja Road, Alexandra Headland, at 8.02pm.

Sunday, October 6, 4.30pm: A man with significant facial injuries was airlifted by helicopter to hospital following a reported dog attack at a private address at Kenilworth at 2.51pm.

It is believed the man was camping on a private property when a dog belonging to another camper bit him on the face.

Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics treated the man for significant facial injuries before the Sunshine Coast-based LifeFlight aeromedical crew landed in a paddock at 3.30pm.

The man in his 40s, was airlifted to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.

Sunday, October 6, 2.25pm: A person has been pulled from the water in a near-drowning incident at Sunshine Beach. Members of the Queensland Ambulance Service stabilised the male at the beach before transporting him to Sunshine Coast University Hospital.

Sunday, October 6, 2.20pm: One stable patient has been transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a fall from a ladder at a private address at Kuluin at 10.20am.

Sunday, October 6, 6.15am: A man in his 20s with a head injury was transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition following an e-scooter incident on the corner of Sunshine Beach Road and Noosa Drive, Noosa Heads, at 2.29am.

Sunday, October 6, 6.15am: A stable patient with minor injuries was transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a single-vehicle crash on Buccleuch Street, Moffat Beach, at 11.07pm.

Sunday, October 6, 6.15am: One female school-aged patient was transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a near-drowning incident at Moy Pocket, north of Kenilworth, at 6.11pm.

Saturday, October 5, 4.40pm: One stable patient has been transported to Nambour Hospital following a fall from a motorcycle on a private property at Yandina Creek at 2.55pm.

Saturday, October 5, 1.10pm: Four stable patients have been transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a two-vehicle crash on South Coolum Road at Coolum Beach at 10.56am.

Saturday, October 5, 1.10pm: A stable patient has been transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a single-vehicle crash into a pole on the corner of Queen Street and Jeffreys Court at Caloundra at 10.30am.

Saturday, October 5, 1.10pm: A stable patient has been transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a bicycle incident on the corner of Erang Street and Nicklin Way at Currimundi at 8.35am.
