A home with stunning coastline views is among several properties to go under the hammer at a major auction event.
No.39 Panorama Crescent at Buderim changed hands for a street record $2.325 million at Ray White’s Auctions at Altitude meet at the Altitude Nine Function Centre in Maroochydore.
The 1032sqm property, marketed by Ray White Maroochydore’s Greg Turnbull and Grace Voller, was in the spotlight due to its elevated position and sweeping vistas.
It was dubbed “panoramic perfection on top of Buderim” in the property listing.
The Vitaly Gzell-designed home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two car spaces, a gourmet kitchen, multiple outdoor entertainment areas, manicured gardens and a resort-style pool.
“It delivers an exceptional lifestyle blending elegance, comfort and natural beauty,” the listing stated.

Ray White ran a concerted marketing campaign for the property, including in My Weekly Preview.
That led to 48 inspections and ignited interest from prospective buyers from around Australia and New Zealand, before it was sold to a Sydney buyer.
The auction event, hosted by Ray White Maroochydore and Buderim offices, attracted 40 registered bidders, more than 200 attendees and more than 200 online viewers.
Thirteen of 24 auctioned properties were sold, achieving a 54 per cent clearance rate and generating almost $16 million in sales.

Ray White Buderim’s Jake Loeiro hailed it a success.
“This event was a testament to the strength of collaboration and our ability to deliver exceptional results,” he said. “The Auction at Altitude demonstrated the continued demand for quality properties in the Sunshine Coast market.”
Ray White Maroochydore and Buderim director Dan Sowden said four more properties were expected to be sold in the following days.
“We expect post-auction sales to top 80 per cent within the next week,” he said.

Among notable results was 33 King Street, Buderim.
Marketing agent Brodie Rodgers, of Ray White Buderim, said it was an original cottage owned by the same family for 23 years.
“The property was highly sought after by developers for its large land parcel and sold for $1.15 million,” he said. “The successful buyers, having missed out on 23 Caroline Crescent earlier in the evening, secured this home after outbidding five other parties.”

Another standout was 19/7 Grand Parade, known as ‘St Kitts’, at Kawana Island, which was purchased by a South Australian buyer through the offices’ targeted database marketing.
After just 30 days on the market, it sold unconditionally for $1.55 million through Ray White Maroochydore agent Lachie Woods.
It came after another agency listed the property for six months without success.
