Police have charged a 35-year-old man following alleged indecent acts in the Currimundi area recently.
It will be alleged the man tried to gain entry to a property near the beach on the evening of June 13 before walking around the dwelling while committing indecent acts.
The occupants of the property observed the man and notified police. Upon police arrival, the man had left the area.
It will be alleged the man returned to the same property the following day and was reported to police again.
Following investigations by Caloundra police, a 35-year-old man of no fixed location was located in bushland in the Currimundi area.
He has been charged with three counts of indecent acts, and one count each of enter and commit indictable offence and attempted enter and commit.
He has been denied police bail and is expected to appear at Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Monday, June 17.
Police are investigating reports of similar incidents between the Currimundi and Dicky Beach areas, specifically along the beach.
