Wade Moore (pictured) was last seen walking outside a business on Cribb Street around 7am and has not been seen or heard from since.

Police hold serious concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character and he has a medical condition.

Wade is described as Caucasian, about 184cm tall with brown hair and blue eyes.

Police are appealing to Wade, or anyone with information relating to his whereabouts, to immediately come forward. Quote this reference number: QP2401615187.
