Sotheby’s International Realty will have a grand opening of its newest office in the Maroochydore CBD on Thursday, November 7.

The office is located within The Corso building on Sunshine Coast Parade.

It showcases elegant and sophisticated design features that reflect the high-calibre residential properties represented by the brand.

Local directors Melissa Schembri and Daniel Rees bring more than 25 years of experience in Sunshine Coast real estate, with a focus on prestige properties and a background of property law and finance.

Ms Schembri was involved in one of the highest residential sales in the region, an impressive $20.5 million estate in Buderim.

Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty CEO Paul Arthur was excited to open the Maroochydore office, following the opening of a Noosa office in late 2022.

The grand opening event will bring together local dignitaries, including Sunshine Coast mayor Rosanna Natoli, clients and community members.

Guests will have the opportunity to tour the new office and learn more about the luxury real estate market on the Sunshine Coast.
